Refund & Payments Policy

In addition to the SP Certification End User License Agreement and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference, the following applies to all Users of SP Certification Services

This policy is in addition to the SP Certification End User License Agreement / Terms and Conditions, which can be viewed at: Terms & Conditions Privacy Policy and are expressly incorporated by reference herein including, without limitation, the Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liabilities provisions.

If you want to request a refund, please review these terms, and please email us at info@spcertification.net. SP Certification reserves the right to refuse refunds made via other channels. If you have questions regarding any charges made to your bank account you agree to first contact us. SP Certification commits to helping you resolve any questions you may have to the best of our ability. You agree to contact Us first and to not file a chargeback with your issuing bank. Should you file a chargeback with your issuing bank for a charge made with your Account Information, your access to the Products and Services may be suspended temporarily or permanently at the sole discretion of SP Certification. In order to continue access the Products and Services you may be required to refund SP Certification for any chargeback amounts, including and without limitation our actual costs paid to the processor for the chargeback and for our actual costs incurred to process the chargeback requests, calculated in good faith.

If you wish to request a refund, you must contact Us within 15 days from the date of purchase. No refunds will be provided for purchases greater than 15 days old.

If you wish to request a refund for a purchase made via our associates you must request that refund through our associates directly.

Credits that have been used to access features within the Products and Services are not refundable.

Should a fraudulent charge be made with your Account Information, SP Certification is not responsible to provide refunds. Please contact your issuing bank.

SP Certification reserves the right to refuse any refund request if: 1) you are in breach of our End User License Agreement / Terms and Conditions, see SP Certification’s End User License Agreement / Terms and Conditions. 2) SP Certification has reason to believe you are attempting to exploit the refund policy fraudulently and/or repetitively.
